RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations are accepted if the item has not been made. However, there will be a transaction fee for the order as those fees are not refunded by Shopify once the order is placed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read the listing they are purchasing to ensure they understand the shipping times for their order.
If customizations such as color changes etc are requested it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the details are specific and clear to ensure the item is made to their satisfaction.

Delayed, lost or stolen packages
KARI CREATIVE PARTY is not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages once they are accepted by the post office, however please never hesitate to contact us if have any issues.
